The SimpleOS™ Cohort starts on September 9th, 2025. It's a group program where you work alongside peers to reinvent your business (if needed) and implement a simple, scalable operating system, powered by AI.
You work on your business (perhaps with one or two team members), and you have access to your advisor and coach (Tobias), as well as to a supportive group ofo entrepreneurs, all of who work on their own business.

SimpleOS™ is a reinvention program and a plug-and-play operating system that you’ll install in your business with guidance, tools, and peer support.
We guide you through five areas and give you the support you need. We don't install the work for you, we do it with you as your advisors and coaches. At the time of this launch, "we" means Tobias (Founder or Original Minds), possibly with the help of his assistant.

This is a guided implementation program, not a course. You’ll install your operating system step by step, with expert guidance and small-group accountability.

We use a platform called Circle. You will be put into a group with access to training materials, chat, community, and you can ask as many questions and get as much support as you need during the program.
This is a collaborative program, meaning that there is an element of everyone helping each other and co-creating ideas during the program. We have done this for many years, and the culture supportive environment from peers is a big factor.

Q: Who is this program really for?
A: SimpleOS™ comes in two formats.
The Simple OS™ Team version is built primarily for agencies, studios, and consultancies in the €500K–€10M range.
We also offer a slightly simpler version for solopreneurs, SimpleOS™ Solo, who want more leverage, who want to reinvent their positioning, offering, and build an AI-powered operating system to help them grow to at least €30k/month, possibly more. This is possible only through the right pricing combined with the right offering ladder, and leverage (you cannot sell hours/time to hit multiple tens of thousands per month, but with a better model, you can).
If you feel your business is running on chaos, complexity, or is too dependent on you, this program is for you.
Q: Do I need to be “good at AI” to join?
A: Not at all. This isn’t about becoming an AI prompt engineer. It’s about embedding AI into your business systems — marketing, sales, delivery, management. We provide pre-built tools and workflows. You’ll learn how to apply them, not reinvent them.
In fact, most professional service firms don't need very advanced AI tools, you just need to know how to use a few ones really well, and know what you are using them for.
Q: What if I don’t have time for two calls per week?
A: The calls are designed to save you time, not add work. Mondays give you frameworks and tools, Thursdays are hands-on implementation. If you can commit 3–4 hours per week, you’ll move further in 3 months than most agencies do in 3 years. Replays are always available. If you miss a call or two, no sweat. Watch the replay or show up for the next ones. Calls are not mandatory, they are for accelerating your progress.
Q: Is this only for larger agencies with teams?
A: No. We run two tracks: SimpleOS™ Team (for agencies/consultancies with staff) and SimpleOS™ Solo (for independent consultants and freelancers). Both versions include the same system, adapted to your scale and need.
Q: What results can I expect in 3 months?
A: Every agency starts with our Business Audit & Money Equation baseline. Some will double lead flow, others will raise margins, some will reposition and repackage their offers. The results depend on where you focus — but every participant will walk away with a fully-installed operating system that makes growth predictable.
Q: Why is the cohort limited to 12 companies?
A: Implementation works best in small groups. Limiting to 12 ensures you get direct access, feedback, and support — not just generic advice. For agencies, you can bring up to 3 people from your team under the same seat.
Q: What happens after the 3 months?
A: You’ll have SimpleOS™ fully installed (if you do the work) From there, you’re invited to join Original Minds Membership— a mastermind community with peer pods, growth sprints, and collaboration opportunities. Many participants continue into this for ongoing support and leverage.
Q: Can I join 1:1 instead of in a group?
A: Yes, but space is very limited. We offer a Done-For-You install or 1:1 advisory for only a handful of companies at a time. If that’s a better fit, let us know.
Q: What’s the refund policy?
A: This program is for committed agency leaders. There are no refunds. We're giving you a valuable system that we built for years. However, if you’re accepted and circumstances prevent you from completing the program, you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort.
